Description

  • Manage the commercial lifecycle for assigned broker partners, including strategy, forecasting, and renewals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities tied to research visibility and analyst productivity.
  • Act as a strategic advisor as partners adopt AI-powered research workflows.
  • Drive platform adoption across analyst teams to help partners realize measurable value.
  • Lead business reviews that translate usage trends into business outcomes.
  • Monitor engagement signals and relationship dynamics to surface risk early and execute mitigation plans.
  • Represent the voice of sell-side partners across Product, Sales, and Content teams.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
  • Build credibility with analysts and research leadership across partner accounts.
  • Support long-term partnership value by balancing platform adoption, commercial growth, and relationship health.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Financial Services or closely related environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience inside or alongside equity research, investment banking, capital markets, or a Financial Services-focused SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of how research is produced, how analysts consume information, and how firms compete for attention in the market.
  • Comfort owning renewal conversations and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret usage signals, workflow behavior, and market trends.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with both junior associates and senior research leaders.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to work proactively and navigate ambiguity.
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Experience with AI-powered research workflows or change is a plus.
