Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact and strategic partner, developing roadmaps for long-term brand success.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth across assigned brands.
  • Safeguard business planning and development to meet targets and KPIs while identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage the program of projects and coordinate communication between clients and Monks teams.
  • Leverage digital expertise across platforms, social media, and asset production to handle diverse briefs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading global advertisers.
  • Lead multiple accounts across sectors or geographies while ensuring excellence and profitability.
  • Inspire, develop, and manage senior account leaders and brand business leads.
  • Contribute to the agency’s growth strategy and participate in new business pitches.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a lead role managing high-value, interdisciplinary work.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • GCC experience is required.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar global or local accounts and winning new business.
  • Deep understanding of digital business objectives and the ability to produce high-end content at pace.
  • Strategic mindset focused on long-term partnerships and work-stream milestones.
  • Confidence in advising C-level stakeholders on digital production and platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills that foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with multi-channel digital-first campaigns and AOR/ad-hoc team management.
  • Experience with media, analytics, and data-driven insights is a plus.
  • Experience in deep social media strategy and management is a plus.
  • Passion for staying current with culture and contributing a unique strategic point of view is a plus.
