Description

  • Lead the team responsible for ABX, demand generation, MarOps, and lifecycle marketing, including external agency relationships.
  • Own the core paid performance program across all channels and manage the Growth Marketing Opex.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization of paid performance campaigns to drive incremental growth.
  • Develop an audience-first performance media approach grounded in targeting strategy, intent signals, and performance insights.
  • Identify and run rapid testing opportunities across new and existing tactics, then scale successful experiments into acquisition engines.
  • Build future-proofed roadmaps with Product and Data Science by using experimentation, automation, and AI to remove blockers and improve performance.
  • Partner with Content Marketing and agency teams to create and execute insight-led briefs aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor the evolving media, commerce, and marketing landscape and incorporate emerging trends into strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience leading growth marketing at commerce platforms, fintech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of generating new leads and reducing churn through lifecycle retention strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing Opex and contracting external agencies.
  • Strong solutions-oriented and highly collaborative working style.
  • Ability to operate as a business owner and take on both large and small tasks.
  • Experience with ABX, demand generation, MarOps, and lifecycle marketing is preferred.
  • Experience using experimentation, automation, and AI tools to improve marketing performance is preferred.

  • Starting salary range of $180,000 to $270,000 USD in Zone A, with lower ranges for other U.S. zones.
