Description

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Maintain data integrity and system reliability across the go-to-market tech stack.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, and operational processes.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting needs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve process efficiency and visibility.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Contribute to the design of scalable go-to-market systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and support integrations across the revenue technology stack.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Gradually take ownership of reporting, pipeline structure, and RevOps processes while growing into a strategic partner to Sales and GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce consulting experience or admin experience in a high-growth SaaS startup.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and basic automations.
  • Comfort working with stakeholders across sales and operations.
  • Interest in expanding beyond admin work into RevOps strategy.
  • Ability to think in systems, not just tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving environments.
  • Exposure to RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy work.
  • Experience with integrations or tools like Apollo, Nooks, or Clay.
  • Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in one of the approved U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
