Description

  • Support adoption efforts for small and medium-sized customers.
  • Respond to inbound requests for enablement, customer management, and support case review.
  • Interface with Customer Success teams to help manage transactional overhead.
  • Develop basic proficiency in all Black Duck solutions.
  • Share customer feedback with professional services, product management, technical support, and sales teams.
  • Monitor adoption rates and align customer use cases with business objectives.
  • Maintain and manage customer databases.
  • Support customer retention goals and help achieve renewal targets.
  • Partner with Sales to identify new business opportunities and expand the footprint.
  • Orchestrate and schedule digital adoption campaigns at the appropriate stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management, customer success, or technical support experience in enterprise software.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and application security, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account activities at once while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fluency in Korean or Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory.
