Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden and its suite of services.
  • Conduct implementation-focused demos and product technical Q&A sessions.
  • Join sales deal cadence calls to review proof-of-concept progress and support planning and implementation.
  • Report customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Help account executives position new and upcoming product features to customers.
  • Build scripts, integrations, and examples for customers to test product functionality during pre-sales proof-of-concepts.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop account strategies that build, mature, and close pipeline.
  • Track the competitive landscape and provide technical positioning guidance to account executives and prospects.
  • Respond to technical questions in requests for proposals, comments, and information.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices across the Bitwarden platform and related security needs.
  • Support enterprise prospects in solving current issues and anticipating future implementation challenges.
  • Coordinate hand-offs to Integration Engineering and Customer Success teams to move customer environments from proof-of-concept to production.

  • A passion for supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and growing technical and interpersonal capabilities.
  • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others.
  • A passion for helping enterprise prospects and promoting best security practices.
  • Previous experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted.
  • Ability and desire to work remotely, with possible travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with Bitwarden is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and macOS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Docker (Swarm Mode), Kubernetes, and Podman is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SSO implementation and best practices, including SAML and OpenID Connect, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SCIM integrations, TLS/SSL and PKI, RESTful APIs, and related infrastructure technologies is preferred.
