Description

  • Lead cross-functional project teams for new program integrations with health systems and ongoing customer support.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for customer success initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer success projects to meet quality, deadline, and budget goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including business development, product, integrations, and support to align implementation efforts.
  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving project-related issues and challenges.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve customer success and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6-10 years of experience in program management or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience project managing an implementation with a healthcare customer is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
  • Healthcare experience and medical device experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
  • Strong accountability for project success and key decisions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a results- and quality-driven approach.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex process or system issues.
