Description

  • Lead post-production efforts across multiple workstreams and maintain creative quality and vision.
  • Own projects from initial brief through final delivery, including planning, execution, approvals, and closeout.
  • Define project scope, estimates, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and communication plans with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, clients, and cross-disciplinary contributors throughout project delivery.
  • Allocate resources, prioritize workloads, and ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor financial performance, track time and costs, manage change control, and report project status.
  • Oversee editing, CGI motion, video, film, digital, and localization workflows and resolve delivery issues.
  • Prepare and lead client and team kick-offs, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and complete project reconciliations.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of dedicated post-production experience in a creative, events, or production agency.
  • Experience spanning print and digital production, with a strong understanding of video, digital, and film disciplines.
  • Proven record of executing campaigns across diverse platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects under pressure in deadline-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of new media and technology trends and their application to advertising and digital marketing.
  • Experience with resource and production services sourcing preferred.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and business management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including communication in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, resilient, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues and stakeholders.
