Description

  • Expand strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with partners globally.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives aligned with the company roadmap.
  • Reach out to prospective local partners and negotiate business terms to onboard them successfully.
  • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, and revenue.
  • Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Leverage the Binance ecosystem to build partnerships with global and local corporates across payments, cards, NFT, BNB Chain, fiat, brokerage, and distribution.
  • Improve customer experience through partnerships that complement or enhance product offerings.
  • Work with Product business units to shape the roadmap based on ROI.
  • Identify strategic investment opportunities with partner prospects and support Binance Labs where appropriate.
  • Collect market insights, share user feedback, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support market and community expansion.
  • Create repeatable programs and channels to acquire and activate new users.
  • Build brand presence in the local blockchain and cryptocurrency community.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant business development experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen and product knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • KPI- and ROI-driven mindset.
  • Analytical and methodical approach.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and operations.
  • Resourceful and relentless work style.
  • Strong passion for growing the blockchain community is highly preferred.
