Description

  • Develop and execute oncology product brand storytelling and maintain the marketing calendar to align with business goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Genetic Counselors, Legal, Sales, and other stakeholders to create and optimize content across digital and print channels.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate tradeshows, webinars, and events with internal teams and leadership.
  • Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print to support sales and brand objectives.
  • Lead demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads, brand awareness, and sales pipeline growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve demand generation and marketing operations.
  • Oversee growth marketing initiatives across channels such as social media, SEO, search, CTV, and display.
  • Manage product brand websites and update content to support branding and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, and credibility.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, strategic partnerships, and marketing technology investments.
  • Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure campaign success, optimize ROI, and guide future initiatives.
  • Manage CRM programs across email, SMS, and push notifications to nurture stakeholder relationships.
  • Execute campaigns hands-on while coordinating internal teams and external resources to ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in brand and growth marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, ideally with providers, and working closely with sales teams.
  • Experience developing comprehensive growth marketing strategies, including paid media budgeting/management and end-to-end campaign launches.
  • Experience sourcing and deploying media management platforms, partners, and tracking/reporting tools.
  • Experience managing multi-touch, omni-channel experiences across web, email, SMS, and physical channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and brand positioning abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for building strong brands.
  • Service-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional brand experiences.

  • Total compensation package of up to $321,525 per year.
  • Base salary range of $192,932-$214,369 per year.
