Description

  • Design and continuously improve training programs and learning pathways for internal teams, Practice Consultants, Success Managers, and virtual staff.
  • Translate technical onboarding processes into scalable learning systems that can be executed consistently and independently.
  • Develop learning materials such as SOPs, videos, guides, and simulations.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and virtual training delivery.
  • Support client onboarding readiness from Day 1 through ongoing development and performance support.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Success, and Compliance teams to align training with business needs.
  • Assess learning effectiveness and adjust training based on performance data and feedback.
  • Contribute to system setup, onboarding workflows, implementation projects, and process documentation.
  • Support process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow documentation.
  • Help reinforce compliance, confidence, and consistency across operational teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, technical support, systems implementation, customer success, or onboarding.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, or curriculum design, preferably in virtual training settings.
  • Background in healthcare or other compliance-heavy industries.
  • Experience working with remote teams or virtual staff is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Strong working knowledge of communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex systems and translate them into simple, teachable processes.
  • Experience in system setup, onboarding workflows, or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to design structured training programs and develop engaging learning materials.
  • Experience facilitating live training sessions and workshops.
  • Experience with LMS platforms or training tools is a plus.
  • Ability to assess learning effectiveness and improve training based on performance data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Success, and Compliance.
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions, leading sessions, and providing feedback.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or data privacy standards is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting compliance audits or implementing process improvements based on audit findings.
