Description

  • Facilitate high-quality professional learning sessions for Renaissance users.
  • Customize and deliver on-site and virtual product training to meet client needs.
  • Differentiate training in real time to maintain engagement and support learning goals.
  • Prepare for engagements by coordinating with internal team members and tailoring materials within approved parameters.
  • Learn multiple Renaissance solutions to support client needs over time.
  • Document and submit detailed training notes after sessions.
  • Maintain a professional presence when working with customers.
  • Follow Renaissance processes for preparation, delivery, and post-session facilitation.
  • Participate in reflection, feedback, observations, client evaluations, and coaching to improve performance.
  • Support educators in implementing Renaissance solutions, assessment practices, and data practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating or delivering professional development.
  • Prior experience in K-12 education.
  • Experience with educational technology, preferably including Renaissance products and solutions.
  • Experience delivering training in person and virtually, including webinars.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to learn and use new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Availability to facilitate professional learning up to 30 hours per week and up to 20 hours per week during the non-peak season.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% during peak season and arrange lodging and transportation.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
