Description

  • Collaborate with Human Centered Design leadership to analyze data from healthcare research, public datasets, Medicare claims, web analytics, and user research.
  • Support the product design process by using data that reflects users’ functional, social, and emotional behavior.
  • Build predictive models, data visualizations, and analysis tools.
  • Develop AI tools, recommendation engines, automated lead scoring systems, and automated anomaly detection.
  • Combine qualitative design research with exploratory data analysis to generate insights.
  • Research and analyze data sources for patterns and clusters to support CMS Procedure Price Lookup feature development.
  • Create visualizations and presentations that help stakeholders and end users understand problem spaces and insights.
  • Process, cleanse, verify, and enhance data collection for analytical systems.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to business and technical audiences.
  • Participate in product discussions to refine acceptance criteria and estimate user stories in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python, PySpark, and R.
  • Experience with unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques and algorithms such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, and Decision Forests.
  • Experience with common data science toolkits such as R, Weka, NumPy, and MatLab.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Experience applying statistical methods and concepts such as distributions, statistical testing, and regression.
  • Experience with Sparklyr.
  • Programming skills in R, Python, or other data science languages.
  • Ability to work with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business and technical leaders.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship provided.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to meet requirements for Public Trust clearance, including successful completion of a US government background investigation.
