Description

  • Design, build, and deploy GTM predictive models such as LTV, attribution, and propensity models.
  • Partner with GTM teams to design and analyze experiments across website, pricing, and campaign channels.
  • Perform complex deep-dive analyses to identify root causes behind GTM metric changes and turn findings into recommendations.
  • Support marketing mix modeling interpretation to improve marketing ROI and assess future in-house modeling opportunities.
  • Define and govern a unified KPI framework that connects GTM activities to business outcomes.
  • Translate statistical findings and model outputs into clear business narratives for cross-functional partners.
  • Work with Data Engineering to improve data quality, instrumentation, and reusable predictive assets.
  • Provide technical guidance on data exploration, machine learning, and causal inference methods.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics.
  • Experience using predictive modeling and experimentation to drive measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience building and validating production-ready machine learning models for business use cases.
  • Practical experience with causal inference methods such as quasi-experimentation, matching methods (PSM), and difference-in-differences.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methods, including sample size calculations, sequential testing, and variance reduction techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R, including Scikit-Learn, pandas, and numpy, plus expert-level SQL.
  • Experience with dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake is a strong plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, especially supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success data needs, is highly preferred.
