Description

  • Own HiBob as the core HRIS, including configuration, data integrity, integrations, reporting, and leadership analytics.
  • Automate manual HR work by building self-service flows and using AI agents or tooling where appropriate.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation.
  • Support middle managers with adaptation, performance management, compensation reviews, and talent mapping.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and escalate issues to the Head of HR when needed.
  • Keep HR documentation current in Notion.
  • Drive engagement and a performance-based culture across remote and hybrid teams.
  • Lead HR projects aligned with team OKRs to improve employee experience and operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role supporting 100+ headcount.
  • Hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle, with strong onboarding experience.
  • Working expertise with an HRIS, with HiBob strongly preferred, including reporting and configuration.
  • Experience partnering with managers to sustain a performance-based culture.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing remote environment and adapting quickly.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to follow through independently.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English, written and spoken.
  • Fluent Ukrainian.
  • Experience building AI agents or automations for HR workflows is a plus.
  • Advanced Notion skills, including databases, relations, and automations, are a plus.
  • Experience running an HR self-service or knowledge base system is a plus.
