Description

  • Define the strategic vision, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for the Trial Site Network.
  • Set the product vision for TSN platform capabilities and translate business needs into a coherent roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver site-facing capabilities and hold development teams accountable.
  • Build and oversee patient recruitment and study-matching support for sponsor and site needs.
  • Match sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites and manage opportunity routing.
  • Define, own, and refine the commercial terms of network membership for both sites and Beacon.
  • Own institutional-level relationships, including contracting, IRB coordination, and master service agreements.
  • Develop the operating model, membership tiers, qualification criteria, and certification standards for the network.
  • Lead site-facing communications, including outreach, onboarding, check-ins, recertification, and templates.
  • Establish KPIs, governance, reporting cadences, and tier upgrade/downgrade pathways.
  • Shape TSN positioning to sponsors and CROs as evidence of site readiness, data quality, and faster study start-up.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program involving clinics or trial sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a structured program or network from early framework to full operation.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills across engineering, product, marketing, and legal teams.
  • Comfort working with data to track performance, calibrate criteria, and report on program health.
  • Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners, including contracts, MSAs, or revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience using quality or compliance data such as protocol deviations, data quality metrics, or CAPA findings to inform tiering or certification decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for scientific and clinical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward simplicity and scalability.
  • Empathy for investigators, coordinators, sponsors, internal teams, and patients.
