Description

  • Coordinate study startup activities, including communication plans, logistics, study documentation, and data configuration.
  • Oversee study maintenance and close-out activities while keeping sponsors and internal teams aligned.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clinical research sites.
  • Train research sites on Beacon devices, study protocols, device usage, and data collection procedures.
  • Monitor study progress against timelines, protocols, and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Coach ClinOps and Scientific teams on GCP, documentation discipline, version control, and complaint management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating through tools such as Zendesk and Asana.
  • Collect actionable site feedback to improve devices and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive approach to prioritization and anticipating operational challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulations.
  • Knowledge of decentralized data collection, compliance, and oversight.
  • Interest in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.
  • Empathy for patients and research sites.

Benefits

  • $90,000–$110,000 salary range, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location.

  • Fully remote role anywhere in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.
