Description

  • Manage technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination.
  • Maintain centralized vendor inventories, ownership assignments, contracts, milestones, and governance records.
  • Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and governance activities across stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate vendor reviews and track commitments through completion.
  • Support vendor evaluations, competitive assessments, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis.
  • Monitor vendor performance, spend, obligations, risks, and upcoming renewals.
  • Develop reporting and governance processes that improve accountability, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in vendor management, vendor governance, procurement operations, contract management, PMO, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement, and governance.
  • Experience working with legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology teams.
  • Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Experience building operational processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, gaming, hospitality, retail, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence; PMP, CPSM, ITIL, or related certifications preferred.
