Description

  • Design, build, and scale modern production-level front-end experiences in React.
  • Contribute supporting back-end work in Ruby on Rails.
  • Own projects end-to-end from initial design through launch and post-production reliability.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for code quality, reliability, and technical execution.
  • Lead cross-functional work across the stack and help other engineers grow.
  • Collaborate through pull requests, demos, and day-to-day communication with teammates.
  • Identify risks early and align technical decisions with business goals.
  • Apply modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows for coding, debugging, exploration, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, production-level front-end experiences using React.
  • Supporting back-end experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling and system design.
  • Current with modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows.
  • Enthusiastic, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (bonus point).
  • Experience with Spring Boot or Quarkus (bonus point).
  • Interest in a fast-paced product development environment and ad-tech (bonus point).
