Description

  • Proactively engage existing customers through outbound outreach across email, calls, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
  • Identify expansion opportunities using product usage, intent data, account activity, and engagement trends.
  • Qualify customer needs, timelines, and expansion potential through discovery conversations.
  • Create and progress qualified expansion opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Sales to ensure clean handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking.
  • Participate in enablement and feedback loops to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound role such as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Customer Growth, or similar.
  • Strong comfort with proactive outreach and customer conversations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical or product-driven value propositions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
  • Experience selling to existing customers through expansion, upsell, or cross-sell is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based pricing models is a plus.
  • Experience working with long-tail or high-volume customer segments is a plus.
