Description

  • Own and grow strategic accounts across the UK water sector to build long-term revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite, asset management, data, engineering, and operational leaders.
  • Lead discovery engagements to define customer transformation challenges and shape practical roadmaps.
  • Position 1Spatial’s COTS software and solution offerings as enablers for AMP programmes and funded delivery.
  • Lead high-value bids and proposals by coordinating inputs from presales, product, delivery, marketing, and partners.
  • Develop sector messaging, account-based campaigns, and thought-leadership activity with marketing and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce with senior-level visibility of risks and revenue outlook.
  • Represent 1Spatial at industry events, forums, and customer workshops to build credibility and influence.
  • Support the water sector go-to-market strategy by feeding customer insight into product direction and solution development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working within or selling into the UK water industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory drivers, including AMP programmes, asset management challenges, environmental obligations, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and acting as a credible strategic advisor.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and progressing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Proven ability to own and forecast a senior-level sales pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Evidence of consultative, insight-led selling aligned to strategic customer outcomes.
  • Experience leading complex bid and proposal processes across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of geospatial platforms such as Esri (ArcGIS), Safe Software FME, and VertiGIS.
  • Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes such as improved asset management, data quality, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
