Description

  • Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging senior stakeholders on business challenges.
  • Oversee delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a program or workstream management capacity.
  • Identify new and expansion business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Lead proposal development focused on the firm's value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Ensure services, solutions, and products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop processes to assess and manage business risks in client solutions and services.
  • Mentor and guide consulting teams across direct, indirect, and matrixed structures.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities across client engagement teams.
  • Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at assigned key accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive program and delivery management experience.
  • Established network and industry involvement, including conferences, forums, and thought leadership activities.
  • Ability to work at a senior level in complex organizations and build credibility and trust.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services in large corporate environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Recognized expertise in Oracle Applications aligned to business requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to large groups.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire internal teams and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at senior client levels.
  • Commitment to advancing the Infosys brand and supporting talent development.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
