Description

  • Maintain a clean and organized Highspot environment by auditing content, archiving outdated assets, and enforcing governance standards.
  • Tag and categorize content with accurate metadata such as topic, audience, product, stage, and region.
  • Assist in building and updating Highspot Sales Plays for different go-to-market motions and revenue teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform navigation, content grouping, templates, and layouts.
  • Partner with enablement team members and revenue stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize updates.
  • Support ad hoc enablement projects, including content refreshes, team communications, and documentation updates.
  • Work with the enablement team to improve how sales and revenue teams find and use content.
  • Help maintain platform data accuracy and consistency through repetitive content management tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program; any major is welcome, with Business, Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems preferred.
  • Able to work approximately 20 hours per week for 12 weeks starting mid-May for Summer 2026.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when tagging content and maintaining platform data.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks carefully and consistently.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.
  • Clear written communication skills for documenting work and collaborating virtually.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn; no prior Highspot or sales enablement experience required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or with content management platforms is a plus.
  • Prior internship or work experience in business, marketing, or operations is preferred.
  • Interest in B2B sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategy is preferred.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer capable of running web-based tools.
