Description

  • Coach and mentor new hires, in-seat sellers, and managers through live deal support, call reviews, and targeted feedback.
  • Design, refine, and deliver in-person and virtual enablement programs through Abnormal University.
  • Partner on world-class onboarding for new GTM hires to accelerate time to productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Enablement L&D, Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver sales plays, product assets, competitive intelligence, and case studies.
  • Use performance data and field insights to identify gaps and prioritize enablement investments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Field Marketing, Channel, and ecosystem partners to improve team-based selling and territory execution.
  • Expand just-in-time enablement by delivering best practices, content, and coaching through the right channels at the right moments.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify funnel-wide enablement gaps and translate them into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in sales or a sales-supporting role with a record of individual success and/or developing others.
  • Experience coaching or enabling enterprise or upper mid-market sellers.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as Force Management and MEDDIC, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to diagnose performance, identify patterns, and prioritize enablement efforts.
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, including presentations, editing, and writing, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience using modern sales and AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for in-person bootcamps and occasional offsite enablement needs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth pre-IPO environment, thriving in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats, preferred.
  • Comfort working with BI and analytics tools to interpret performance data and inform decision-making, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $133,900–$192,500 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Eligible for equity.
