Description

  • Own and continuously improve AE onboarding and ramp programs for APAC, ensuring alignment with global programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing sellers.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics, ramp milestones, and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to build a scalable enablement experience.
  • Develop role-specific content, certifications, and learning paths for different AE segments and territories.
  • Track onboarding performance and ramp KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and iterate on program design.
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce key skills and support early success.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with new AEs and sales managers to keep programs relevant and effective.
  • Introduce tools, templates, and playbooks that improve new hire productivity and adoption across the team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales enablement, onboarding, or ramp programs, ideally in a global or multi-region environment.
  • Background supporting Account Executives and/or Account Managers in a sales organization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for delivering engaging training sessions.
  • Ability to create clear, digestible learning content and role-specific enablement materials.
  • Organized program management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and track progress.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating program impact and iterating based on performance insights.
  • Coaching and mentoring mindset focused on helping sellers build confidence and master sales fundamentals.
  • Experience in Financial Services or APAC markets is preferred.
