Description

  • Generate discovery calls and qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account planning, research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution across email, phone, and social channels.
  • Use LinkedIn and related tools to network with prospects and educate the market on Azul.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics for opportunity creation and pipeline progression.
  • Research target accounts to understand how businesses operate, their leadership structures, pain points, and day-to-day challenges.
  • Identify prospect pain points, gather technical requirements, and connect business value to customer needs.
  • Organize pipeline activities and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors on qualified meetings.
  • Maintain strong call records and manage prospecting activities with high organization and multitasking discipline.
  • Work independently as an individual contributor while participating in coaching and regular one-on-ones with the BDR Director.
  • Travel occasionally within the region as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • Experience in IT or software solutions sales is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift is preferred.
  • Strong passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market levels across industries.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a stable work history.
  • Resilient in the face of objections and rejection and able to think quickly in conversation.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
