Description

  • Drive day-to-day sales activity, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management within the CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Company Secretaries, CFOs, CEOs, and Board Chairs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstrations through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Deliver tailored presentations that address each prospect’s governance and operational needs.
  • Support clients and prospects with guidance on board best practices and how the platform addresses their challenges.
  • Provide onboarding support to new clients during their transition to the platform.
  • Stay current on governance trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape.
  • Report on pipeline status and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Irish and UK markets.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, board management, or the company secretarial space is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in corporate governance and boardroom dynamics.
