Description

  • Serve as the global relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned multinational accounts.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Manage renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, and win-back opportunities to grow global revenue.
  • Own end-to-end deal management, including pricing strategy, negotiation, contracting, approvals, and execution for complex multi-region agreements.
  • Lead global account planning and coordinate regional teams, pre-sales, Client Success, and other internal resources.
  • Identify new client needs and expansion opportunities based on client strategy, operating model, and regional priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a forecasted global pipeline to meet or exceed annual quota objectives.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Delivery, and Marketing on retention, adoption, business reviews, and win-back initiatives.
  • Build and sustain senior relationships with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystem partners, including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Ensure accurate account data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce and comply with global sales governance and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior enterprise sales, data, consulting, or services sales with global or multi-region account responsibility.
  • Strong track record of retaining and growing global accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing high-value, complex global clients with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess global client environments from business, organizational, and technology perspectives.
  • Proven capability in managing complex global negotiations, contracts, and multi-country deal structures.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills in a global corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English and other relevant market languages where applicable.
