Description

  • Lead and coordinate Commonwealth go-to-market programs across sales, product launches, and sales operations.
  • Manage sales operations priorities, including renewals, rewrite opportunities, and customer activity tracking.
  • Develop enablement programs that define standards for trials, handovers to CSMs/PSO, and execution consistency.
  • Own forecast management by improving consistency in forecasting inputs, tracking Best Case and Commit, and monitoring weighted pipeline trends.
  • Support Real-Time Awareness initiatives by removing blockers, creating opportunities, training the team, and scaling adoption across customers.
  • Drive internal team alignment through Commonwealth team meetings, action items, communications, and announcements.
  • Align Sales, CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise functions to support GTM execution.
  • Track and report program performance, including wins, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and launch an operating cadence that drives consistency in sales operations, forecasting, and RTA adoption.
  • Deliver plans for managing renewals and rewrite opportunities with clear visibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing cross-functional programs in a go-to-market, sales operations, or operations environment.
  • Ability to work across Sales, CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise teams.
  • Experience supporting forecasting processes, including Best Case, Commit, and weighted pipeline tracking.
  • Experience building operating cadences, standards, and repeatable processes across regions.
  • Experience driving renewals, rewrite opportunities, and customer-facing operational workflows.
  • Ability to develop and deliver enablement programs and team training.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for meetings, announcements, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
