Description

  • Hold technical kickoff calls with customers to confirm deployment readiness after the sale.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to create project documentation, project plans, deployment plans, and statements of work.
  • Produce pre-deployment and deployment documentation in Salesforce Work Orders and Office 365.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and test Axon hardware and software solutions at customer sites or remotely.
  • Assess customer needs and ensure implementations are aligned to those needs.
  • Provide technical training, consultation, and demonstrations to support customer knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and maintain training plans and content for new products and deployment types.
  • Ensure implementations comply with local laws, regulations, data protection, and privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep stakeholders informed on requirements, changes, timelines, and project status.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across Axon’s product suite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT consultancy, professional services, field services, sales engineering, or technical project management.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with an understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with remote and on-site hardware and software installation and configuration.
  • Experience consulting with customers to meet their needs.
  • Experience delivering demonstrations and training on software and hardware products to large groups, on-site or remotely.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, and JIRA.
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to engage and manage internal and external customer relationships directly.
  • Experience supporting law enforcement or public sector clients.
  • French-speaking bilingualism is preferred; English proficiency is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced computer network implementation, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configuration management, is preferred.
  • Understanding of IT and networking concepts such as Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, APIs, and network administration concepts.
  • Experience with IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, layer 3, and firewall configurations, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 4G/5G LTE technologies, APNs, and WWAN solutions is preferred.
  • Cisco Network, Microsoft Azure, Cradlepoint CPCNA/CPCNP, or related certifications are preferred.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications on Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Proficiency with networking tools such as cmd, ping, tracert, netstat, and nslookup.
  • Ability to adapt to continual product and process changes, multitask across duties, and communicate effectively across functions.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
