Description

  • Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies as a quota-carrying field sales representative.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated agencies.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Build and execute account strategies in collaboration with the account team.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee account activities and own the relationship for the assigned book of business.
  • Forecast account performance and keep management informed in a timely manner.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and share feedback with marketing.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical and administrative product information, and product training as needed.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative sales in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solution offerings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners.
