Description

  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of 8-10 experienced Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Drive the team to consistently meet revenue and quota goals.
  • Support strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and aligning them to Axon Enterprise’s value.
  • Help navigate, close, and expand strategic retail accounts.
  • Partner with Enterprise leadership to define a repeatable sales process for new markets.
  • Remove blockers and clear the way for team success.
  • Track, report, and forecast team and individual pipeline and results.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive sales environment.
  • Build and develop a repeatable go-to-market motion for early customers in a startup-like setting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • 4+ years of experience managing an enterprise sales team within major or large accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor in strategic sales.
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
  • Experience selling to executive leadership, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Territory management and development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across a wide variety of people and roles.
  • Technically savvy with strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, multitask, and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%+; must live within an hour of a major airport.
