Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Hire, coach, and retain experienced sales talent.
  • Drive the team to consistently achieve revenue and quota goals.
  • Support strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and aligning them to Axon Enterprise value.
  • Help close and expand strategic Retail accounts.
  • Partner with Enterprise leadership to define a repeatable sales process.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast results, and report on team and individual performance.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Remove blockers and clear the way for team success.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive sales environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams, preferably in SaaS.
  • 4+ years of experience managing an Enterprise sales team in major or large accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor in strategic sales.
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue leadership.
  • Experience selling to executive leadership at the C-suite and VP level.
  • Territory management and development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Technically savvy with strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and travel up to 50%+.
  • Startup experience and a growth mindset are preferred.
  • Must live within an hour of a major airport and be based remotely in the United States.
