Description

  • Drive net-new revenue by converting TASER-only customers into multi-solution Axon ecosystem partners.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at TASER-only agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support expansion across Axon’s portfolio.
  • Build and execute account strategies with account teams to deliver tailored value propositions.
  • Cultivate relationships across agency stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead cross-functional Axon teams and coordinate experts when needed to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and deliver product training to support customer readiness and adoption.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline, track competitive intelligence, and keep leadership informed of key account updates.
  • Log customer activity in Salesforce and manage individual expenses in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment and success.
  • Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, with travel up to 70% possible.
  • Experience selling to law enforcement or government stakeholders preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote role covering the Southeast acquisition territory.
  • A hunter mindset and drive to grow the territory.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
