Description

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively participate in the community.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects and present the Arize vision.
  • Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and develop outbound messaging.
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors to inform sales strategy.
  • Manage proof-of-concept processes and drive customer adoption.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to support deal success.
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and identify opportunities to expand workloads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales and enterprise deal complexity.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospecting.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in limited-process environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly share field observations.
  • A fast-paced, customer-focused mindset.
  • Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration across functions.
  • BANT or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
  • Previous selling experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning is a plus.
