Description

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of accounts across the assigned channel and company.
  • Manage an existing client portfolio with revenues in excess of $5MM while maintaining profitability expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers and decision makers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop annual sales plans to drive aggressive year-over-year growth and manage profit and pricing expectations.
  • Analyze account performance using existing data and forecast future results.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue, profit, and lead indicator performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new clients, expand within existing accounts, and revive lapsed customers.
  • Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales communications; consult with clients on sample design and business issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the bid team to execute project specifications, resolve issues, and deliver bids and results on time.
  • Work with sales leadership to align account strategy with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide client feedback and industry input to improve products and client tools.
  • Deliver a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an Account Executive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Mature level of industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
