Description

  • Convert interested companies seeking to raise capital into StartEngine clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing business and capture new opportunities.
  • Build a book of business that includes self-generated leads and sourced opportunities.
  • Leverage personal connections to reach high-potential companies.
  • Represent the company’s mission consistently in all client-facing communication.
  • Track and publish weekly sales reports using quantitative results.
  • Work directly with entrepreneurs and founders to explain StartEngine’s fundraising platform.
  • Deliver high sales volume and contribute to the success of the Issuer division.

Requirements

  • FINRA registrations preferred, including Series 7 and Series 63; willingness to study for and pass the exams if not already registered.
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads and source opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and early-stage companies.
  • Track record of success in a closing-focused sales role.
  • Background in financial services required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Composed, solution-oriented, professional, and service-focused approach.
  • BA/BS degree required.
