Description

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share across targeted public safety agencies.
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients to support long-term account growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage client engagement and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure strong service delivery and advocate for customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership with market insights on trends and competitor activity.
  • Navigate complex public-sector procurement processes and help move contracts forward efficiently.
  • Stay current on industry developments to inform sales strategy and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, high-growth tech, public safety, or software sales.
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and large contract values.
  • Experience building account plans, managing pipelines, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior decision-makers, technical buyers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment without close supervision.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% for in-person meetings, relationship-building, and deal progression.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region to meet with clients and understand their needs firsthand.
  • Nice to have: experience in public safety sales or knowledge of NG9-1-1, CAD, call-handling systems, or other public safety technologies.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
