Description

  • Proactively identify, target, and engage new prospects through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, social selling, events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts by mapping stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through qualification, demo, negotiation, solution design, and close.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts with a strong win rate.
  • Track competitors, market trends, and buying signals to refine outbound strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a hunter or new business role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota with a high sales success rate.
  • Strong experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Background in hospitality technology, PMS, PBX, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Experience selling complex or consultative solutions to multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Preferred experience selling to hospitality operators, service providers, and hotel brands.
  • Preferred familiarity with enterprise or mid-market deal sizes.
  • Preferred international sales exposure.
