Description

  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to grow online sales, traffic, and customer loyalty across key platforms and emerging eRetailers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for major eRetailers such as Amazon and manage day-to-day key account relationships.
  • Oversee distribution, revenue, and budget targets for eRetailers in alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and implement annual account plans, product listings, and promotional activities to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and assortment opportunities to identify new revenue streams.
  • Track account performance, report KPIs regularly, and ensure agreed targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with marketing, shopper CX, supply chain, and internal colleagues to share best practices and support growth.
  • Maintain operational standards, budget adherence, and compliance across digital commerce activities.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events to strengthen market presence and strategic relationships.
  • Coordinate the eCommerce channel closely with local market teams to ensure execution excellence.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent vocational training.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or key account management within FMCG or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce platforms and client relationships; experience with Amazon or similar online shops is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and trends, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance data and using insights to optimize digital channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Power BI, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong IT literacy and comfort working with digital tools and platforms.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to develop tailored strategies for key accounts.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and decision-making processes.
  • Business-level English and Italian; French and additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for business as agreed with the line manager.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
