Description

  • Expand and grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive customer adoption and monitor churn risk to improve retention and account health.
  • Prioritize accounts based on value, health, growth potential, strategic importance, and renewal timing.
  • Align customer business goals with TCP capabilities and apply industry best practices to support strategic growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and manage relationships across stakeholders from C-level down.
  • Partner with customer success and renewals teams to reduce churn, maximize product adoption, and improve NPS.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to inform product roadmap, marketing collateral, upsell, and renewal strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities and coordinate with internal business units to close deals and remove barriers to adoption.
  • Effectively network within accounts and manage customer expectations to support successful execution.
  • Travel as needed, up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working with global teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and O365.
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate and mediate conflict while fostering honest dialogue.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, mobile business applications, and automation.
  • Experience leading and facilitating virtual meetings and workshops.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics and analytical tools to evaluate and optimize sales pipeline and business development efforts.
  • Enthusiasm and creativity as a leader.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
