Description

  • Build a deep understanding of the company’s products and position them as the partner of choice for CFOs and finance leaders in large enterprises.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outbound outreach, partner networks, and referrals.
  • Manage enterprise sales cycles end to end, from first conversation through contract signature.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across functions during complex enterprise sales processes.
  • Build compelling business cases and tailored value propositions that address tax and compliance challenges.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise contracts efficiently while supporting predictable revenue realization.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with business-level English.
  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech, tax, or compliance sales experience.
  • Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers and exceeding quota.
  • Strong network and credibility in the German enterprise landscape.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills at the C-suite level.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for face-to-face enterprise engagements.
  • Ambitious, strategic mindset with interest in growing into country leadership.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises across multiple stakeholders is preferred.
