Description

  • Manage the sales cycle from qualified lead to customer for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify key accounts, stakeholders, incumbent solutions, and relationship partners within target organizations.
  • Use available systems and reports for contact identification, forecasting, pipeline management, and business development.
  • Translate customer requirements into appropriate security service solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while onboarding and building new relationships.
  • Provide trusted advisory support by staying current on security technologies and industry trends.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing operational and capital expenditures and revenue potential.
  • Use marketing initiatives, collateral, demos, and other materials to engage new prospects.
  • Leverage the channel community as a prospecting mechanism.
  • Collaborate with teammates and colleagues to identify opportunities, close deals, and support existing customers.

Requirements

  • Deep experience building executive-level relationships with a track record of closing deals exceeding six figures.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of a security solutions portfolio to multiple client stakeholders.
  • Experience in consultative solution sales, preferably in information security and/or risk and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and metrics.
  • Solid prospecting and customer relationship skills.
  • Skilled negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Consistent follow-through and time management skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, work in a team-oriented way, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%.
