Description

  • Own and lead assigned client business within the agency.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships as a strategic partner.
  • Lead annual brand planning and guide integrated agency teams.
  • Direct and motivate Account Supervisors and Senior Account Executives.
  • Coach team members and support career development through regular feedback.
  • Manage account financial performance, including productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce effective creative work.
  • Ensure timelines and cost efficiencies are managed effectively.
  • Develop and improve internal operating procedures with Project Management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, preferably in unbranded, disease awareness, patient marketing, and education.
  • 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
  • Digital marketing acumen with experience in brand planning, budget development, execution, and measurement.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and account teams.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with senior-level client leadership.
  • Experience as a strategic partner on digital and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Active participation in new business initiatives, including planning and pitch presentations.
  • Hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to travel based on client business needs.
  • BA/BS degree required.
