Description

  • Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive sustainable demand and revenue.
  • Own the customer lifecycle from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Design and launch persona-based and use-case-based campaigns for prospective customers.
  • Develop and manage campaigns for existing customers to increase product adoption and expand revenue opportunities.
  • Use AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, nurture programs, and reporting.
  • Build and manage email marketing programs for prospects and customers, including automated nurture campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and cohort data to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives.
  • Create reports and analyze data in GA4 and Salesforce to support decision-making.
  • Support a test-and-learn culture by continuously experimenting and refining marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, lead nurture, reporting, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences such as CTI, SOC, and OSINT professionals.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling full-funnel marketing programs that impact lead generation, retention, and expansion (LTV).
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and cohort analysis.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to set strategy and execute campaigns hands-on.
  • Preferred experience within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS industry.
