Description

  • Lead the international growth strategy, defining vision, roadmap, and priorities to maximize growth, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team, including leaders and specialists, while fostering autonomy, career growth, feedback, and delivery excellence.
  • Define strategic objectives, success metrics, and performance tracking models that connect CRM initiatives to business results.
  • Lead the evolution of segmentation, personalization, automation, and omnichannel communications to improve customer relevance.
  • Ensure scalable team routines, delivery quality, efficient prioritization, and alignment across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Manage budget, contracts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure investment efficiency, solution quality, and business return.
  • Identify opportunities from data, customer behavior, and market trends and translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Lead strategic and transformational projects involving technology, data, product, and customer experience.
  • Build executive narratives and present results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership and strategic stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation by leading hypotheses, A/B tests, and innovation initiatives across CRM channels and journeys.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams, including people development, leadership management, and building high-performing teams.
  • Relevant experience in CRM Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to turn business goals into plans, priorities, and execution.
  • Data-driven profile with the ability to connect analyses, customer behavior, and metrics to strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, and Business teams.
  • Strong influence and executive communication skills across operational, technical, and senior leadership levels.
  • Strong ownership, structured thinking, and decision-making ability in highly complex scenarios.
  • Focus on growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud, or other robust CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of data, SQL, segmentation models, personalization, or growth analytics (preferred).
  • Experience with Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or digital products (preferred).
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contract negotiations (preferred).
  • Experience in digital companies, technology, fintechs, or high-scale environments (preferred).
  • Experience with international expansion or go-to-market in new countries (preferred).
