Description

  • Translate brand strategy, persona insights, and performance data into briefs for TikTok-first video, UGC, Spark Ads, and creator partnerships.
  • Develop fresh monthly concepts for local markets, balancing net-new ideas with iterative improvements.
  • Own the brief from concept to source by matching creative direction to the right production partner, including internal studio, influencer, agency, and TikTok Creative Exchange support.
  • Collaborate with creative operations to keep briefs on schedule and hit volume goals while maintaining creative diversity and speed.
  • Partner hands-on with editors and producers to review drafts, defend hooks, reject weak openers, and own final asset execution.
  • Use ad-level performance data such as CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and CVR by cohort to determine what to scale or retire.
  • Close the performance-to-brief feedback loop weekly so future creative is grounded in evidence.
  • Drive the shift toward video-first, UGC-style, and Spark Ads content on TikTok.
  • Build platform-specific creative strategy for Pinterest and Snap pilots as they grow.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms and maintain an informed point of view on which creative approaches deserve pilot testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy at a high-spend D2C, subscription, or performance-led brand.
  • Direct experience briefing and reviewing UGC, creator content, and short-form video.
  • Deep hands-on TikTok creative fluency, including Spark Ads, TikTok Creative Exchange, and creative fatigue window management.
  • Working knowledge of Pinterest and Snap creative formats preferred.
  • Strong creative instinct paired with comfort reading performance data.
  • Track record of working hands-on with editors, producers, and creators rather than only managing decks.
  • Familiarity with Motion, Smartly, or similar creative analytics tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how TikTok's algorithm rewards native creative and creative diversity.
  • Ability to influence peers across Brand, Influencer, and external partners without direct authority.
