Description

  • Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities.
  • Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimization.
  • Monitor key growth metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into action.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps is preferred.
  • Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to make decisions.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Native Ukrainian proficiency.
  • Strong English and Russian communication skills.
  • Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
