Description

  • Support the full software development life cycle of Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Partner with clients to understand business challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze and document client business processes and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
  • Provide ongoing communication and feedback to clients on development progress and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
  • Contribute across project phases including analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training.
  • Lead and/or support business development efforts.
  • Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design for new and expanded client work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, mapping, and/or data conversion.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation and configuration, including exposure to a variety of Salesforce products.
  • Hands-on, in-depth experience using advanced Salesforce Flows.
  • Previous consulting experience or experience working in higher education, with understanding of the Salesforce Education Data Model.
  • Experience with external system integration and data migration.
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of training.
  • Experience supporting the planning and execution of system UAT.
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
  • Preferred: exceptionally self-motivated and able to set and manage priorities.
  • Preferred: experience with business analysis techniques, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design specifications, and quality assurance.
  • Preferred: presentation skills, strong analytical, written, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: ability to succeed in fast-paced, highly collaborative, team-oriented environments supporting multiple client engagements.
  • Preferred: strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and workload planning skills.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of queries, reports, tables, and master data.

  • Salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 USD.
