Description

  • Own top-of-funnel activity by identifying and researching potential customers, building target lists, and delivering qualified meetings to Sales Managers.
  • Drive outbound outreach through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new pipeline from scratch.
  • Iterate on messaging by testing and refining outreach copy and call scripts and sharing effective approaches with the team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot by logging all prospect and pipeline activity and keeping data clean.
  • Represent atmio at industry events, trade fairs, and networking occasions to engage prospects in person and build brand presence.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to a fast-moving startup environment with strong ownership and a bias to action.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, which are the company’s working languages.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role, or a Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of top-of-funnel sales processes.
  • Demonstrated drive to hit targets and build a career in sales.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a nice to have.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a nice to have.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured working style.
  • High ownership and a strong bias to action.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, sparring-partner approach.
